• One hour consultation/meeting through zoom to answer all your questions and give you advice regarding routine, sleep, and nursery/bedroom. 

• Up to 90 minutes consultation
• Sleep plan that includes a day schedule, a day and night routine, a detailed step by step instructions in order to achieve your baby sleep goals.
• Two weeks of Support through WhatsApp and emails.
• 20 minute Final call to answer all questions.
